After the final duel between Starscourge Radahn and Malenia, Caelid was infected with Scarlet Rot and became inhabited by the undead monsters. Because of the region’s harsh environment, locating and fighting all its bosses may seem like an arduous task for Tarnished in Elden Ring.

All Caelid Bosses Locations And Drops In Elden Ring
Caelid is considerably smaller than all the other regions, which is why it can only be split into two sections; Dragonbarrow and Main Caelid.
Black Blade Kindred
The Black Blade Kindred is found guarding the entrance to the Bestial Sanctum. The fastest way to reach it is by using the Waygate situated near the Third Church of Marika in Limgrave.
Defeating the Black Blade Kindred boss rewards 88,000 Runes, Gargoyle’s Blackblade, and Gargoyle’s Black Halberd.
Flying Dragon Greyll
Flying Dragon Greyll is on the bridge southeast of the Bestial Sanctum. Like the Black Blade Kindred, players can get to it quickly by using the same waygate in Limgrave. Upon defeating Flying Dragon Greyll, 80,000 Runes and a Dragon Heart are rewarded.
Night’s Cavalry
There are two Night’s Cavalry that can be found in Caelid. The first boss is in the Dragonbarrow section, north of Lenne’s Rise in Elden Ring, and it drops 42,000 Runes as well as Ash of War: Bloodhound’s Step.

The second Night’s Cavalry is east of the Caelid Highway South Site of Lost Grace, and it drops 8,500 Runes along with Ash of War: Poison Moth Flight. Keep in mind that both bosses only appear at night.
Putrid Tree Spirit
After overcoming General Radahn, Tarnished will find the War-Dead Catacombs in the north-most section of the Shardbearer’s battlefield. Inside the catacombs is the Putrid Tree Spirit that drops 67,200 Runes, the Redmane Knight Ogha Spirit Ashes, and a Golden Seed.
Beastman Of Farum Azula
The Beastman of Farum Azula can be fought as the main boss inside the Dragonbarrow Cave just south of the Bestial Sanctum in Caelid. Upon beating the Beastman, it grants 65,000 Runes and an Elden Ring Talisman, the Flamedrake Talisman +2.
Putrid Avatar
Like the Beastman of Farum Azula, the Putrid Avatar can be found south of the Bestial Sanctum in Dragonbarrow. It’s very similar to the Erdtree Avatar, yet very different at the same time, as the Putrid Avatar fights with Scarlet Rot.
Killing it rewards 91,000 Runes, the Opaline Hardtear, and the Stonebarb Cracked Tear.
Godskin Apostle
The Godskin Apostle is an optional boss that’s found in the lower levels of the Divine Tower of Caelid. However, killing it isn’t necessary to obtain Radahn’s Great Rune in Elden Ring. Upon beating the Godskin Apostle, players receive:

Bell Bearing Hunter
The Bell Bearing Hunter boss only spawns at nighttime in various locations throughout the Lands Between. In Caelid, one can be seen just outside the Isolated Merchant’s Shack, west of the Divine Tower of Caelid. Defeating it rewards 50,000 Runes and the Gravity Stone Peddler’s Bell Bearing.
Erdtree Burial Watchdog
The Erdtree Burial Watchdog is located within the Minor Erdtree Catacombs, west of the Isolated Merchant’s Shack. The boss fight consists of two Erdtree Burial Watchdogs fighting together. Killing them drops 7,400 Runes and the Mad Pumpkin Head Ashes.
Erdtree Avatar
This Erdtree Avatar can be fought north of the Rotting Shack in Caelid near the Minor Erdtree. 9,600 Runes as well as the Flame-Shrouding Cracked Tear are rewarded upon its defeat.
Magma Wyrm
There are various Magma Wyrm bosses in the world of Elden Ring and one of them is located inside the Gael tunnel, southwest of the Forsaken Ruins. Beating the dragon-like boss grants 7,500 Runes, a Dragon Heart, and the Moonveil.
Mad Pumpkin Head Duo
While there exists a Mad Pumpkin Head in Limgrave, there’s another one is inside the Caelem Ruins just east of the Forsaken Ruins. However, the boss fight in Caelid is between two Mad Pumpkin Heads; one wields a flail while the other uses a hammer.
Once killed, they drop 6,300 Runes and players can now access the treasure chest that contains the Visage Shield.
Frenzied Duelist
The Frenzied Duelist can be fought in the last room of the Gaol Cave, north of Caelid Waypoint Ruins. Beating him grants 6,700 Runes and the Putrid Corpse Ashes.
Fallingstar Beast
Fallingstar Beast is the final boss of the Sellia Crystal Tunnel, southwest of the Divine Tower of Caelid. The quickest method to reach it is by activating the trap chest inside Dragon-Burnt Ruins.

Defeating the Fallingstar Beast gives Tarnished 7,600 Runes, as well as Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing (1), five Smithing Stones (7), and a Somber Smithing Stone (6).
Nox Swordstress and Nox Priest
Players have probably encountered Nox Swordstress and Nox Priest as normal enemies in Nokron, the Eternal City. But there is a boss version for these two enemies together in Caelid, right next to Sellia Crystal Tunnel.
Defeating the Nox Swordstress and Nox Priest grants Tarnished 6,400 Runes and an Elden Ring weapon that scales with Strength and Dexterity, the Nox Flowing Sword.
Cleanrot Knight Duo
Two Cleanrot Knights are encountered as a boss fight inside the Abandoned Cave, which is east of the Smoldering Wall Site of Lost Grace. Players have to approach the cliff and descend a branch to reach it. Once the duo are defeated, 7,000 Runes and the Elden Ring Talisman, Golden Scarab are given as rewards.
Battlemage Hugues
The Battlemage Hugues is inside the Sellia Evergaol, southwest of Fort Faroth in Caelid. Beating the mage rewards Tarnished 7,800 Runes and the Battlemage Hugues Ashes.
Commander O’Neil
Commander O’Neil can be seen inside the Aeonia Swamp right next to the Aeonia Swamp Shore Site of Lost Grace. Killing the commander grants 12,000 Runes, Commander’s Standard, and the Unalloyed Gold Needle. The needle is part of two NPC’s Questline, which are Gowry and Millicent.
Decaying Ekzykes
Decaying Ekzykes is a wounded dragon, affected by the Scarlet Rot. It can be fought by traveling a bit to the east from the Caelid Highroad South bonfire. As usual, defeating the dragon rewards a Dragon Heart in addition to 38,000 Runes.
Cemetery Shade
The Caelid Catacombs are in the south-most parts of Caelid, and it’s where players can encounter the Cemetery Shade. The boss drops 6,800 Runes alongside the Kindred of Rot Ashes.
Death Rite Bird
Similar to the Night’s Cavalry, Death Rite Bird appears only in the nighttime. Tarnished can fight this boss by heading southeast from the Southern Aeonia Swamp Bank Site of Lost Grace. Players get the Death Rite Bird rewards of 15,000 Runes and Death’s Poker.
Elder Dragon Greyoll
Elder Dragon Greyoll is considered the mother of all dragons and can be found right next to Fort Faroth in Caelid. Many players found a way to use certain exploits in order to farm more Runes from this boss. Beating the dragon rewards 74,000 Runes and five Dragon Hearts.

Crystalians Trio
There are three Crystalians in the Sellia Hideaway right under Fort Faroth. The three bosses are; Crystallian (Spear), Crystallian (Ringblade), and Crystallian (Staff).
Beating all of them grants 7,000 Runes and Crystal Torrent, an Elden Ring Spell that requires 47 Intelligence. It’s also worth mentioning that the cave is part of Sorceress Sellen’s Questline.

Starscourge Radahn
General Radahn or Starscourge Radahn is a Shardbearer that’s infested by Scarlet Rot. Reaching him can be done by either exploring Redmane Castle and going through a boss fight before getting to Radahn, or by unlocking Altus Plateau and activating any Site of Lost Grace in the area.
Defeating Starscourge Radahn rewards Tarnished with 70,000 Runes, Remembrance of the Starscourge, and Radahn’s Great Rune.
Crucible Knight and Misbegotten Warrior
If players chose to explore Redmane Castle before defeating Radahn, the Crucible Knight and Misbegotten put up a fierce fight while progressing to the Radahn’s Festival. Luckily, Tarnished will face the Misbegotten Warrior first and the Crucible Knight appears later. Defeating these two bosses grants 16,000 Runes and the Ruins Greatsword.
